Why does it start failing after four months?

I have purchased four heated razors--two for me and one for my brother and a friend. All have failed in less than two years. The shave is great, because the razor has two heat settings. The highest setting fails first and the lower setting will continue for months until it stops charging. While I hate shaving, this is best product I've found to accomplish the task, but it would be nice to know if the razor is meant to be disposed when it begins failing or if there a logical explanation or a possible fix to resolve it.

Great while it lasted

The combination of heat and the superior razor blades made this a great product while it lasted. The battery stopped accepting a charge and the handle was flashing an error after 8 months. I expected a razor at this price point to last significantly longer.

Pointless and too expensive

It's not the best shave you'll get and the heat does nothing for the shave. I know they will answer this with the same replay it's barber's shop experience blah blah. Well it's not. It's better to use Gillette Fusion, WIkinson or whatever because you'll get a better shave form much less money. And that is the truth. What we want is the best shave with the fewest skin irritation and this product simply does not provide that. And please don't start with that boring obsessive compulsion disorder storyabout the barber's shop experience .

Heated razor

Lasted 15 months and now battery doesn’t work

I bought his in April 2019 and now in July 2020 the battery doesn’t hold a charge. Worthless.

Mediocre Quality

I expected better for the price. It heats up quickly and the Flex-ball is good. With this price, it should have included the Power Vibration feature because it does not provide as close a shave as the powered razors. The (expensive) blade on the back is also not as effective as the regular razors as I sometimes get cuts when I use it. It should have included a USB-C recharging port or case for traveling. I am not sure if I will use this past the winter if it lasts that long.

Disappointed

Gillette user for over 70 years. This razor did not work out for me. I could not get a clean save with it and have returned to my powered pro glide razor.

Don't fly unless you want it to quit working

Received this as a xmas gift. After going on a commercial flight the razor no longer works. the power button is permanently depressed. Very disappointed how quickly if faulted. Was the an excellent razor when it actually worked.

Not heating anymore!!!

I really loved the product. Unfortunately, after already returning one device, this heater broke down after a bit more than a year. I am not expecting myself to buy a new one every time, so please, tell me what to do...

No more heat

Received this as a Christmas present and 7 month later it doesn't heat. Not worth the expensive price. Thought would last longer at that price.
