Major defect stops charging in under a year of use

I bought this 9 months ago and the razor stopped charging (a common occurrence if you read the reviews. They sent a replacement but that one also stopped charging after 6 months and now it’s not under warranty. I’m sure Gillette is aware of the problem but sells defective razors anyway. Surprised no one has started a class action lawsuit.

Not charging!!

I love the product. I even bought one for my Dad. My base stop charging. It's frustrating.

Failed

After about one month of use the unit has failed. When i turn it on it flashes rapidly, and shuts off after a few seconds. This was the second one that I purchased. The first one has been working flawlessly for over two months.

Don't waste your time

The orange light blinks and razor won't take a charge. Try contacting Gillette from web site to find a solution....Good luck

Worst razor ever

I purchased these product about last year but have rarely used it cause I'm not home most of the time but with this laid off cause of the covid 19 I am starting to use these product more and more and THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY NO GOOD I REGRET IT

Wonderful razor. Customer service needs work

Razor stopped charging. Called the number and was told to send it in. They received it on 9/5/2020. When I called today 10/12/2020 they only show it being received in. Can’t tell me when it will ship back or if I will even get my razor back. It was a gift so I didn’t have the receipt to send in with it. It was wonderful while it worked. Now I’m out a very expensive gift from my wife.

Expensive and complicated to replace!

Worst razor purchase ever. Shaves Ok, but replacements are extremely expensive. I popped the old cartridge off fine, but the new one was impossible to get on. Tried for 10 minutes and just threw the entire razor in the trash. No instructions included either. Don't waste your money and get another brand with descent priced refills and snap in line any other razor. The bar is a gimmick and I saw absolutely no benefit over any other razor.
