Bought this razor had it for 13 months. The 13th month the charging feature no longer works and is no longer under warranty. Stay clear and buy a cheaper razor.

I love this razor but I have gone through 2 of them now and won't buy another. After I passed the 1 year warranty period (of course) my razors have quit taking a charge and no longer work.

I bought heat blade refills and got plain blades, no heater.

I bought this razor about 18 months ago, and the prongs and cover holding the blades in place and button to eject the blades completely broke apart, rendering the razor useless. Unlike the far cheaper exfoliating razor which comes with a lifetime warranty, this overpriced product's warranty is limited to one year. A razor at this price tag should not fall apart so quickly--extremely disappointed

I received this razor for Christmas. It failed on the second charge. This also happened to my son who received it as a gift. After a month of sending barely legible numbers from the handle, the company has declared it out of warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Your product is terrible!!I've bought 3 of them and they all stopped working after a year. Hmmm,wonder that must be timed defect!!
