I’d been buying Sephora’s brand of this product for years. Then they ran out which prompted me to buy this brand. It seems to work well but it does sting my eyes. That’s the only thing that I don’t like about this product. It cleanses my face well but since it does sting, I will no longer use it to thin out my eye lashes or remove clumps in them.

Very effective at removing make-up! Even when I'm not wearing make-up, it definitely makes my skin feel fresh and clean without feeling dried out. I probably won't buy this again, as I actually quite prefer a product that needs to be rinsed off. It's just a habit, I guess and has nothing to do with the product which is pretty darn perfect. If you're someone who loves make-up wipes but hates the waste, using this product with reusable facial rounds or a soft bamboo face cloth would be exactly as reliable and effective as wipes!

Good micellar water, it leaves my skin very clean, I like to use it instead of my normal face wash routine sometimes as I have bad hormonal acne so I try not to overdo it on the cleansing. This works great for that, I use a toner afterwards too, to get an extra clean feel.

The item gets 4 stars because my cap came broken even though the item was boxed fairly well. I've been using this as my 1st step cleanser for 3 years and it doesn't break me out. I use it to remove my sunscreen or makeup at the end of the day, and then I follow up with a 2nd gel cleanser. This product has no smell, works extremely well, affordable, and the 500mL bottle lasts about 6 months with every day use.

I use this as a pre cleanser and I have for over a year. It's definitely worth re ordering. This is great for removing eye makeup before or after washing your face and helps to clear up any remaining face make up. I have sensitive oily acne prone skin and it works well for me!

I was looking for something to help make my makeup removal routine easier before bed, and after reading reviews on this I thought I'd give it a go. I like the fact that it's just a couple of simple steps of applying to a cotton pad or ball and gently going over the face without the need for water. It removed my makeup without leaving an oily residue. It also doesn't seem to be irritating my sensitive/acne-prone skin. What I didn't like is that it does NOT remove waterproof eyemakeup very well. I still had to pull out my Neutrogena eye makeup remover for that. The opening irritates me a little because it seems to "throw" the first couple of drops onto my counter, no matter how gently I try to direct it onto the cotton. All in all, I will continue to use it and will most likely reorder.

This product works well removing face makeup but not as well on eye makeup. I apply moisturizer after using it because it makes my face feel dry.

Really nothing special. The most annoying thing is to open the bottle. Every time you want to use it is a challenge to open the top, very hard, I cracked my nails twice.

This works well. It takes off all of my makeup, I do use this as a makeup remover so afterwards I double cleanse with my Cerave foaming cleanser. Doesn’t irritate my skin and so far not causing breakouts. Mine came well packaged and seems authentic to me. No scent really which I like.

Good product, the only thing is I go through it fast. Perhaps if you don't wear sunscreen or waterproof mascara you don't need as much? I like that it is for sensitive skin and doesn't break me out.
