I have heard raves for this product for a long time and decided to try it because my favorite Micellar Water is extremely expensive and this was more wallet friendly. It works but... I have sensitive skin and even though this did not sting it left my face read and inflamed looking. (I have this same issue with every other Micellar Water I have tried except for the expensive one mentioned above). I wish I had bought the travel size and I should have known better but I really thought this would work for me. I'm going to give it to a family member.

I have been using it for the pass month and I have to say it’s not as good as I hear people talk about. It does not remove eye makeup. It leaves residues and I have to use cleansing oil to remove again.

I bought this product thinking it is moisture for sensitive skin and from all the good reviews. However, I was little disappointed because it was not as moisture as I wanted. I do like the scene smell as it is pretty good. Wish it can be more moisture thought.

I am sick of buying beauty products and having there be no safety seal like in stores! Purchased this product after reading rave reviews and while it's expensive, decided to try it out. It worked as advertised, but the bottle in tiny and there was no safety seal on the product so I have no way of verifying that this is indeed the product that's suppose to be in the bottle.

This removes makeup great - has no scent - came wrapped in plastic and sealed nicely - but if you are at all sensitive skinned and reactive to anything coconut derivative -- beware. The second ingredient in this - Peg-6 Caprylic/capric Glycerides - is normally a coconut derivative. After just one day of use - the next day I woke with inflammation around my nose and whiteheads - and I knew right away and now can not use it. If you do not have such reactive skin - you will like this. I do love that it had absolutely no scent and does not burn the skin. Bummer that I cannot use.

Liked this product, although not moisturizing. Very gentle and removes make up efficiently.

I know this review goes against what SO MANY beauty enthusiasts say, but I did a LOT of research about Bioderma (and French Beauty must-haves in general) and find this product just average. I previously had a Cactus Water Micellar Water by Pearlessence (which I found at TJMaxx) that really changed my life. I have very VERY dry, flaky skin (ichthyosis vulgaris) and found using a micellar water really helped hydrate me AND exfoliate the many dead skin cells I had year-round. After emptying my Pearlessence product, I researched Bioderma like crazy- always reading how out of this world it is! Sadly, after trying it for a few months now, it's just eh. I actually liked the Pearlessence product far more- I remember raving about it to coworkers- while the Bioderma just kind of does the job but with no extra benefits to my complexion. Some French beauty products I tried (with my personal grade for each) are as follows: Nuxe Oil - A+ La Petit Marseillais Orange Blossom Creme - A Embryolisse Lait Creme - B+ Caudelie Beauty Elixir - C Bioderma - C

Product itself was fine. However I had a couple issues with the shipment itself. The bottle itself has no hard seal. Usually there are a foil or things like it ensuring that even if caps were broken, the products wouldn't leak. But the only protection this product it has is its plastic cap. Guess what, mine came broken in the mail. There is bubble wrap in the packaging, it's a snug little package so I don't think the bottle was rattling around during transportation. The cap was broken into multiple sharp pieces and of course the contents leaked everywhere. I think the faults lie both in the fact it was shipped and more importantly, a not-so-sturdy cap design. I do like the cleaning water itself, so effective in taking off makeup (even mascara!) and cleansing the face in general without much irritation, but I so so so wish the packaging can be better, especially considering the $15 price tag, hefty compared to similar products on the market. TLDR: I like the product, hate the cheap packaging, will probably find a local retailer to buy in person instead of ordering online.
