I bought this because of the 5 star reviews. But it did not take off my eyeliner or mascara even after holding the cotton ball on for 1 minute neither of which was waterproof it did not dry my skin out but for me was a little on the oily side. Not much of a smell so that was good. But definitely won't be buying again. Unfortunately don't feel like it's worth sending back so will just use it on days I don't wear makeup.

I was so excited to use this product after the positive reviews. I have used the retail off-brand of micellar water and it dries out and irritates my skin, and unfortunately, the same thing happened with this product-- I woke up with sore eyes after use.

When i got the package, the entire box was wet and all the items inside were wet because the bottle cap was broken. When opened the box, the bottle of bioderma was empty the and the rest of the items wet.

The product is marketed for sensitive skin, but with the base of isopropyl alcohol (a known irritatint) it only aggravates my skin. I completely stopped wearing eye makeup because it inflamed my eyes so badly one was swollen shut for a few days. Do not advise for anyone with sensitive skin or roseachea 👎

This product is so very fake, not comparable to the original, the original one is gentle to sensitive eyes and with a gentle rub it takes all your waterproof makeup, NOT the case for this product, it’s a big SCAM, ps: I’ve been using the original product for years

This bottle arrived UNSEALED!!! This is a huge no, no for me. I've used this product for over a year and love it. I don't use it to remove makeup but to remove the daily grit/ grim that comes on days that I don't wear makeup. I like to use it with a Makeup Eraser cloth and it totally gets my face clean. I will use it again but I'll buy from a retail store where I can inspect the bottle before purchase.

This is an excellent product but the packaging lid is problematic. Instead of a flip up and access functionality, the lid is unpredictable. It gets stuck closed and is not usable.

I have used Bioderma Pink Bottle for over 10 years as my primary makeup remover. I am pretty sure that the product sold on this page is FAKE. 1. The label is cheap. As you can see in the 1st picture, the pink color fades. 2. The liquid cannot remove the makeup at all, as is shown in the 2nd picture. 3. The seal of the cap breaks when I opened it. It is made of cheap plastic which is not strong enough to hold the strength. It never happens to authentic products. See picture 3. DO NOT BUY!

This is NOT, I repeat, NOT the authentic Bioderma micellar water... I have my original purchased in store and have compared the two on a full face of makeup. Not only does this new stuff sting & burn the eyes/skin, it doesn't remove makeup like the og version (which quite literally melts the toughest dark makeup right off the eyes/face). I've read horror stories about amazon selling knock-offs but had yet to experience the blasphemy myself, until now. Super disappointing, also there is no batch code. SKETCHY!

I cannot believe how many positive reviews this product has gotten. I purchased this with high hopes; considering the great things I have read. I am one who wears lots of waterproof mascara daily and have always been on a search for an exceptional, effective, and affordable makeup remover to add to my daily product routine. I have been using Lancome's Bi-Facil for years, and it is wonderful; however, it is VERY expensive and I was really hoping to replace Bi Facil with this Crealine product. After one use, I realize this will not be the case. I put this product on a cotton pad and pressed it across my closed eye to absorb the product. It started to remove my mascara somewhat but I had to go back several times and rub my eyelashes with the product. I am not sure if I did something wrong by adding water to the mix, (although that in and of itself would be ridiculous; it would make no sense to have a product not work well with water)... As soon as I splashed some water on my eyes/face to help the product along, the burning sensation began. It burned. And burned. And both of my eyes turned red --- the deep, irritated red that happens when a product just stings way too much. I immediately removed all traces of this with some Cetaphil I had nearby as that seemed to be the most gentle thing I could think of, and proceeded to slowly help my eyes calm down from the assault that was Bioderma Crealine. I love the consistency of the product; it feels refreshing and lightweight and leaves no oily residue. However, while I know this does not need to be used with water, I don't think that should be a problem if someone happens to add a bit of water or mistakenly gets product + water into the eyes. It just should not burn THAT MUCH. For this reason I am leaving the one-star review and will continue using Bi-Facil.
