Can't use it - seat hurts.

The petal kept coming off and now the screw is stripped. It’s basically a paperweight at this point. And the supplier won’t answer my e mails.

I got this bike as a gift and used it about once or twice a week and right at the 1 year mark the tension adjustment knob broke so it no longer holds resistance. I took it apart and the threads on the knob itself were so cheap they wore down and wouldn't hold onto the nut inside providing tension. Then I have tried multiple times to reach the company which has no website to buy a replacement and the response I got back was that they couldn't help me because the purchase was over a year old and didn't sell parts, but I could buy a complete replacement bike. I went for this bike because it was affordable and now I see that affordable means cheap parts and poor customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend spending more on a better bike from a reputable company if you want it to last more than a year.

Do not order this bike I receive two of them they were both rusted and stuck liked salt water do not waste your money

Pedel fell off 3 time, cannot put back on without falling off agian with in 10 min into the ride. Seller told me they cant help me. No way to get parts im pissed waste of money at this point. Also this left a gash and bruised my ankle bone.

This stationary bike took over 1 month to get delivered. Entirely too long. The monitor only displays your pulse while riding. Don't waste your money on this. Pick a different stationary bike.

Had this bike for 15 mins and the peddle broke off stripping the inside !:( waiting to hear from customer service of they will replace - will update , but for now very very disappointed

Product was defective but seller was eager to refund , without any problems
