Bike works well mechanically. However, assembly and adjustment of heights for both the seats the handlebars extremely difficult as the parts fit too tightly to enable any movement.

Bike arrived earlier than we expected, which was great! And so easy to assemble. The instructions are very easy to follow, and once it was together, felt like a studio-bike. One of the wheels cracked during shipment used for moving the bike but it doesn’t take away from the functionality. We really like it and have been using it almost every day since it arrived. I am however a bit disappointed that the computer part doesn’t work at all. So we can’t tell how fast or for what distance we’ve been going, and we’ve tried everything (batteries, wiring etc). I’ve tried to contact customer support but it seems their messages are full and I can’t get through. I’d really love to resolve this issue so we can use our bike to it’s full potential, and get the most out of our workouts.

Squeaky seat! Not sure how to fix that...

flywheel is way to annoy and to noise on top of that i had to pay a high price to return it.

The seat is unstable won’t stay on and I can’t send it back to the company because you need all the packaging

Seat is very hard and painful to sit on. Had to buy another replacement seat. The pedals are also very painful to step on too.

The bike itself seem a bit small, im 5'7 and I acknowledge for the price the quality was decent, the seat doesn't much room adjust foward or back leaving me in a uncomfortable form and unable to use. I would recommend this bike for anyone 5'5 or shorter .
