Of course I bought the wrong size & its too big to curl my hair so it's just sitting in my bathroom...

I bought it in April, and now it is not working.. it is not heating !!!

I have quite fine hair and this was way too hot for my hair. When you are able to adjust the temperature it's seems strange that there was no lower heat setting. I think it would be damaging to hair if you were to use it often....

Does not heat up right.

This item broke after only a few uses, and there was no way to return/exchange it. Buyer beware.

I bought this curling iron because I needed really lose but elegant curls for an upcoming beauty pageant. I was so excited about it coming in the mail because despite the other bad reviews, the good ones won me over. Upon its arrival, I immediately tried it out. My hair no product in it when I tried the iron. I have thick, coarse hair to the middle of my back. I first tried the iron on the lowest setting - other reviews said the iron literally burned their hair out on the highest setting! Nothing happened. I turned it up about 120 degrees and tried again. Nothing. I finally got the courage to turn it up to the highest setting - nothing. Although, I did manage to burn my ear so bad the skin just literally fell right off. This definitely isn't the first time I've curled my hair, so I knew it wasn't "user error". I even tried it on my sister's thin, fine hair. Once again, nothing. The following morning it was back in the mail. It did NOTHING for my hair. Very disappointed. Not even a little wave at the bottom like others said. I personally do NOT recommend this curling iron.

Broke after a month and a half - 30 day return policy! Wont buy again

I purchased the curling iron in May 2015 and have used it several times since I've owned it. I loved the way the curls turned out and it was very easy to use, but a few days ago while using the curling iron it made an explosive sound, sparked, and smoke came out where the cord is attached to the curling iron. I was startled and frightened to say the least, and immediately unplugged the cord from the outlet. I have owned a variety of hair styling tools and I have never had one do this. I am thankful it didn't start a fire! Will not be purchasing this brand again!!

This iron sucks. I couldn't curl my hair at all and I have long frizzy hair. Great for straighten

Used 2 times will need heat . Turns on but will not get hot
