Bought this curling iron about 3 months ago and the spring has already broken. To use it, I have to manually push it closed. The spring, which looks very cheap, actually shifted out of place. I tried to force it back to realign correctly, this worked for 1 day, and then it shifted back. This is the first time I have bought this brand and will never purchase from them again. All the other curling irons I have had have lasted for years and years. Can't believe this one lasted only 3 months. What a waste of money! Other posters here have also had the spring fail, so this is not an isolated problem. Do NOT buy this.

Hate it! First of all the product was used and taped back! The iron does not heat up, not even at the highest temp. Im returning it.. Im really disappointed with this curler

Stopped heating after only 2 mo of use.

It broke after one use, I used this curling iron ONE TIME, and it did not work any more. It left my hair half done :(. I tried contacting the seller Natural Born, but they do not have any kind of contact information.

was excited to test this out as there were so many great reviews. As I was getting ready for a formal event, I turned on the curler to between 280-330 degrees (more specifically to the mark before 330 degrees). I tested it out on a piece of hair behind my right ear for a few seconds and as I was releasing the curl, I saw the hair tear apart. the strip of hair remained burnt onto the curler. I had no product in my hair, I had washed it that morning and it was fully dry by the time i tried to curl it a few hours later--i have never dyed my hair or damaged it in any other way (i don't usually style it or heat it aside from occasionally blowdrying). I would categorize my hair type as fine, with a bit of a wave, and i have an average amount of it. perhaps it was a combination of my hair type and an issue with the curler itself, i have no idea, but buyers we wary. this product should not have damaged my hair like it did. I tried it out a bit later on a couple other pieces of hair, which proceeded not to curl--i noticed that the curler had a bit of steam coming from it and i'd had enough of it at that point so i gave up. watch out

Stopped heating up as hot after only 2 weeks and now it won’t get hot at all. I’ve only had it for one month.

This curler didn't clamp down on my hair, so when I wrapped my hair around the iron my hair would come loose. I returned it .
