Worked fine for 2 1/2 months. Just quit heating all at once. I won't buy this brand again.

Product not very good. Stopped working after a month of using. You must buy one from a professional hair salon instead.

The cord is excessively long. When I use it the cord gets tangled around my bathroom vanity drawer knobs. I could have bought a Conair for a third of the price, and it would have worked just as good.

Be careful, heat control is easy to hit and change while using. Actually burned my hair off! Had to get my hair cut.

The spring came off and the clam fell off. I did not use it regularly. It broke 7 months after purchase and I have used it about 10 times at the most. I ordered a new 3/8 one but not this brand, Hope it works out.

I can't curl my hair using the hot tools. I tried many times and couldn't curl my hair. Only if I choose very tiny tiny hair it works. But if I did that way I would spend more than two hours on my hair before I went outside.

This curling iron leaves hideous creases in my hair, no matter what I do. It seems like good quality, but It’s useless to me.

It doesn’t get hot enough to keep the curl in my hair. I would return it but my husband threw the box out.

This was a great curling iron while it worked.... I’ve had it for only 2 years and can’t use it anymore because the cord shorts out. The power doesn’t stay on. Very disappointed. I suggest you get the product protection plan if it’s available.
