This item looks strong, I am amateur in hair styling and I had hard time using this tool on my hair. I have dry hair and after two weeks using this item my hair almost burned! So my advice is to know your hair before using any electric heating device.

The size was too large; the curl did not hold. I returned it to the seller and am still waiting for a refund, although the product was delivered to the seller 10 days ago.

I have used this product only twice so far on a low setting, it seems to burn the ends of my hair each time that I have used it. I have very fine hair, so I would not recommend it to someone with fine hair.

It,s OK. No auto turn-off. Heats quickly and maintains heating.

The curling iron itself is a great product, and I was pleased with the quality. I gave it just 3 stars because it's just too big around for my shoulder length hair. I don't know what I was thinking. I gave it to my daughter who has much longer hair and it works for her. The curls soften a lot after about an hour so there ends up not being much curl at all.

I love hot tools but the size of this curling iron was too big for my thin hair. This makes my hair look even thinner. Going to get a smaller one.
