It lite up so so no music for girl one ..

We have had 2 of these scooters now and both of them have had the same problem. The stem would not lock into place and it folds down while my daughter is riding it. I exchanged the first one and contacted Jetson about the 2nd scooter. They recommended exchanging it yet again since it is a new scooter and replacement parts are not available. 3rd time's a charm maybe? We'll see

This was not a good scooter for my 5yr old non verbal ASD daughter. Couldn’t figure out why her feet were all scratched up and bleeding from riding. Then felt the edges along the bottom foot area and they’re so sharp. If it wasn’t for the droplets trail, I would never had known how she was getting cut up.

I cannot unfold this scooter

Bought two of these and both wouldn’t unfold and then when finally one if them released the handle doesn’t lock in the up position.

You can not get the vertical bar to stay up. The click is you breaking it after using intense strength to undo it in the first place. The guys “fix it” solution below DOES NOT WORK. You cannot access the lower crew when it is folded. DO NOT BUY

This product doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered this for my daughter's holiday present and she was extremely disappointed when opening the box that the handle would not pop up. Even tried a recommendation from another user to "break it" but then the handle bar would not stay upright. Ordered a replacement and had the same issue. Target and Disney should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a horrible product. Also, don't purchase the warranty as Target will not refund so that's another waste of money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$!!!! I purchased this at the store before I read the reviews. Same issue as others. Couldn’t get the handle bar up. After, I finally managed to raise the bar it would not lock into place. I’m glad I opened it before Christmas, at least I have a few days to return it and find something to replace it with.

Thank you Target for selling me a piece of garbage scooter and me finding out 10pm Christmas Eve. The handlebar won’t stay up. Completely unsafe for kids. I’m sure we have nothing else to do this time of year.

If there was a rating in the negative stars, that would be to good for this scooter. it is a royal piece of disney branded trash. thank you target,disney and jetson for this fine piece of nonfunctional scrap metal and plastic. if you want a scooter that advertises ease of use and hours of enjoyment this is not it. heaven help the designer of this product.
