Extremely disappointed at this product! We tried to follow the instructions exactly but stem and handlebar would not release to unfold scooter. We eventually got it to unfold but now handlebar and stem will not stay up.

There is nothing like buying a gift for your 3 1/2-year-old, only to find that it’s impossible to open, and then when you do,it doesn’t work because like everyone else size the scooter falls down. And then they ask why they can’t use it... well...Will try to exchange it because it looks so cool, if it only works, let’s see.

Horrible scooter. Originally got this for Xmas gift. Handle bar does not stay up, it will fold while my child is riding. DO NOT BUY. I should have read the reviews before buying.

Like all the other reviews... the stem won’t lock into place and is super dangerous. Apparently, the instructions just say lift stem up to lock into place but you basically break it by doing that. Another reviewer found a way around this and I am super bummed that I didn’t read the reviews first. So now we are going to need to buy another scooter... won’t be this one for sure. Everything else is perfect about it though, such a bummer

This was awful. Like the previous reviews have stated, you cannot lock the stem/handles in the upright position. We followed the directions when assembling. We didn’t wasn’t to force it so we found a YouTube video from the manufacturer and they just pulled the stem right up...so we did the same thing. Well you’re actually breaking it when you follow the directions. DO NOT BUY THIS! Horrible design. Very disappointed.

Just like everyone else said, it doesn’t lift up! My husband had to use all his force and it broke. Confusing instructions and just junk. Super bummer because my daughter was so excited for it. Will be returning for a different scooter. Definitely not this though.

If I could give this scooter zero stars, that would be the appropriate rating. My husband and I spent so much time trying to unfold it but had no success – we didn’t want to break. It’s truly unfortunate, the design is so cute. It’s upsetting, we couldn’t gift our niece this scooter. We ended up exchanging it for a different brand. Do yourself and favor and do not buy.

Same issue with handle bar. Says to pull, you definitely hear a click, but it’s probably broken now.

Same as the other reviews! Bought two of these for my twin daughters for Christmas, and couldn’t figure out how to open. Thank goodness for another review posted on here where they tell you to push the pink base of the stem DOWN towards the two wheels and then you can pull it up. The maker needs to improve their instructions because I didn’t see that step in any part of the instructions.

Do not buy. Very cheaply made. Handle doesn’t lock in place and caused my little girl to continuously fall over. Get a normal scooter. You’re paying for Disney name on something that doesn’t work.
