I so regret buying this toy for my son. We bought this after our 12 volt tractor with a trailer got left outside in the rain and died. . This toy fell apart the first week we had it. The pins that hold the front loader bucket part fell off, and without that it was really top heavy. Every time my son would step on the accelerator he'd go flying backwards on the back two wheels. After about 2 weeks the batteries just fell out and wouldn't stay in place anymore and then it just died. My husband took pictures that I will try to attach. Do not buy this toy if you want to keep your kid safe.

Bought this for my grandson less than a year ago and it worked ok for a while. Now it only goes in reverse and at high speed. Does not go forward or at low speed. Have contacted customer service and after several weeks they finally responded-refused to do anything about it.

I was disappointed to find that the lights and sound were non-existent. The machine dazzled our 3 year old grandson, but truly only goes forwards and backwards in 2 speeds. The bucket mechanisms can be dangerous for a little person. It does look good!

It doesn’t work! It’s less than 2 months old and already stoop working. We need help!

We received this toy as a gift for my five year old. We overlooked the fact it was pretty small for him and built it fairly easy, though it was obvious how cheap the parts were. It topples easy so be careful.After about 3 months it stopped working completely. We kept it covered with a tarp outside, maybe this was the reason. We have two other power wheels battery cars and no issues leaving them exposed outside with no tarp for 3 + years. I'm thinking it's just too cheaply made, but for the price it should've lasted longer I think.Maybe go with a better name brand.

The back tires lock up and it only goes when it feels like it. Hasn’t even been 4 whole months yet. The light says it is on but when my son pushes the gas nothing happens, which doesn’t matter now because the back tire has locked up. This didn’t last nearly as long as it should have. My son loved it while it lasted. I guess but at your own risk.

This product is absolutely terrible and the customer service is just as bad. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend a lot of money on this power wheel just for it to not go when you hit the throttle and will randomly shut off while riding! When you contact customer service they don’t reply

Stopped working within a few months. My son rode it around the yard a few times, took very good care to bring it inside to charge after each use. The machine stopped responding to the food pedal. Did all the troubleshooting that was advised and it still didn't work. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

The front loader was easy to assemble and battery life is great. But after 3 months it stopped going in reverse and 2 months later it stopped going forward. Now it is only good to load & dump dirt. I have tried contacting company for any help but no one responds.

Bought this back in May & finally today decided to write a review. The excavator was working fine it was left it to charge for a couple of hours before using when it first arrived, but over a couple of days didn’t work anymore even after charging nothing. Not sure if it battery life or something but it’s not working anymore. The red light does turn on but when the pedal button was pressed on nothing happens. Sadly the excavator has been there occupying space because my brother doesn’t want us to throw it away. Kinda disappointed that it didn’t last longer because this excavator was pretty expensive.
