I bought this for my son's birthday last year. It worked well for about 3 months and then stopped being able to run in high speed or go forward at all. It only goes backward and the battery does not last long. I have contacted the seller multiple times about troubleshooting this problem or receiving a replacement part but have heard nothing back. I wish it worked well because my son loves it and loves the manual digger as well. Would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Stopped working for no reason.

My kid loves this. Unfortunately, after only 2 weeks it has stopped working. It appears to have a charge, but just won't move. It cost A LOT of money to have broken after 2 weeks. My kid is so disappointed and doesn't understand.

Bought for my grandson who loves excavators. We ended up taking off the bucket did not work actually bucked up the front of tractor when you tried to load dirt. I could get over that but switch to power and charger went out. When I reached out to customer service they informed me only a 6 month warranty and that I would have to buy the part. This was not a cheap toy you would think they would replace a part up to a year.

Easy to use, wheels and the speed as well as size good. Steering was easy but no music and product stopped working not even a week after it was purchased.
