Once I did use it, it made my face very smooth. Also, clean up was a breeze as it is able to be used in the shower. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Norelco my whole life, first time I tried a Braun and I will never go back to Norelco. With the Norelco I would have to go over the same spot numerous times, first rotating the head in one direction and then the other, wouldn’t get a great shave and had irritation (even with brand new blades). Tried this one for a week and a half now and I’m ready to dump the much more expensive Norelco. Cut my shaving time in half and get a much smoother and less irritated shave. Some spots I still need to go over twice, but much better shave now. The included trimmer does a good job with sideburns. Would definitely recommend over competition.
