[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought it was a practical joke..I was unable to get a clean shave with this product. I could get a better shave using a dull butter knife. I would not recommend it to anyone.This product does not.. and I repeat does NOT WORK for black men.

When I called him a November 12th of this year they said we're sending me a new razor when I call back today and December 7th they had no record them sending me a new razor they done nothing to help me the Razor Cuts me and doesn't work with the dang went out and bought a Norelco never buying their product again

I bought the Braun series 5 5018s with very high expectations. I had a Remington with trimmer on the edge so as I shaved the trimmer cut the long hairs and the shaver blades cleaned up the rest. Perfect system. This Braun has a cheap separate trimmer you have to pop off the shaver and pop on the trimmer. I replaced the permanent battery on my last razor and used it for several years. Now I use an old Nerelco triple blade when I am in a hurry. It is 30 years old.

I got one for Christmas and it didn't shave my face or anything so we sent it back for another one to see if it was just faulty and the new one doesn't shave my face or anything either 0/5 stars

I am giving my honest opinion here. If i was not able to return this i would have been so mad. For a razor a little on the expensive side i had high hopes for this. I struggle with body hair from having PCOS. I tested it on my hairy arms and it wouldn’t even shave them wet or dry. Tried it on my boyfriends face. Nope didn’t even do anything to his face. Im returning this and i hope Braun sees this and improves their razors cause this is not it.
