Shave wise it decent electric razor and comes with additional attachment that interchanges easy. Trimmer attachment works just like any trimmer attachment on an electric razor but not as convenient as you need to change heads. Overall decent and would use as a travel razor but not a daily razor at home.

It has 2 attachments ( 1 for shaving and other for trim ) and they can be changed quickly. They clean easily with water. Good for daily shavers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been shaving with a blade for years and decided to try an electric razor again. I chose the Braun Series 5 model 5118s shaver because of the Braun reputation and that this particular model had the accessories I need, which is a trimmer, charger and protective cover for the shaver head. I read the instructions and was amused to see that the entire manual consisted of pictures, not words - very entertaining and informative. The shaver had zero charge on the internal battery. The instructions said to plug it in for an hour to achieve a full charge. I did and it did. - 100% charged. ✔️ I’ve used it several times and it gave a very comfortable and fairly close shave. There is also a small brush included in the box. The shaving head is easily removed for cleaning. It can be rinsed with water and allowed to dry for a while. The trimmer and the shaver head are interchangeable. The trimmer attachment does a great job trimming around the edges or as a first pass for longer hair. Overall, I love the shaver and trimmer. It doesn’t give as close a shave as a blade, but its suitable for me. It also doesn’t require any additional products, such as shaving cream and hot water.

I was hoping it would work for me but sadly my beard is either too tough or i didn’t use it often enough. It does a good job just takes too long for my beard. It’s very versatile and i like that you can use it in the shower. I may try it again not letting my beard get too long.
