As someone who has suffered a life time with sinus issues - this felt amazing when I heated it. My only complaint was that it tends to slip - no matter how tight I tightened it and that the hole for the mouth could have been a little bigger. Otherwise - it's GREAT!

Because of an old injury, dental work always leaves me in pain, as it did recently. Having a cold mask that covers my whole face gives me wonderful relief. I am grateful!

This freezes too solid and did not fit great. I was hoping for a more softer icepack for my face. It worked and I will use it again, but a bit disappointed.

It actually came as two eye masks and wasn’t the face mask. They seem very nice and decided to keep them.

I liked the product because the mask stated secure on your face. but you do need to wait a few minutes after taking it out of the freezer so it will soften and mold to your face better otherwise it is too stiff and will not conform to the face. it works very well .

Feels great, looks as expected. Only thing I didn't like is that the straps are too short for my (arguably) big head. :-). Probably fits most women's heads, but I'm a 6'2" guy, and I have to really stretch the straps super-hard to get them to connect... And they come apart fairly-easily as a result.

I used this product for swollen allergy face. It soothed my inflamed sinuses. It doesnt say frozen for as long as I would like but it gives great relief while it is cold. only issue I have and it's not a super big deal is the fact that it doesnt hold still if I move. the straps stay secure but the mask slips around if I move.

The sizing is a little funny. The holes aren’t spaced like an actual human face is shaped. Or at least not this human face. Maybe I just have funky facial proportions. Also the straps are really wonky and very uncomfortable.I got this to de-puff my face after I cry and it does that. It’s fine.

I almost love it, but the lower strap is just slightly too low, somehow (even though the mask itself fits). If I velcro it in a way that actually keeps the mask in place, the lower strap is around my neck and chokes me.

Great product but the upper strap is too short and the lower strap too long
