I purchased this to help ice my face to reduce inflammation in acne on my cheeks. Unfortunately the width of the mask only covers half my cheeks. From the picture you can see it leaves about half without any contact with cooling beads so it is basically not going to do what I bought it to do.It also does not stay in place with the straps so you must use the mask while lying on your back or it falls down.The lining that touches your face is a felt fabric, which feels nice but will have to wash by hand if it gets dirty. Will most likely want to add a towel in between but then the eye and nose holes will be covered.At this point I will probably go back to using my rectangle gel pack and ice one cheek at a time.

Maybe these need to come in sizes. It did not fit my face very well at all. The space under the nose is too tall so the lip opening covers my top lip. Top head strap could be longer too.

I get sinus issues a lot, so I got this mask for heat relief. The product website says to microwave it, but nothing indicates how long. I set my microwave at 1 minute and checked it at 10 second intervals. Regardless, around 30 seconds the outer plastic popped.Now for the positive part: of the review: I taped the home shut and put it on anyway. It was very soft and comfy and did seem to help my sinuses drain. Too bad I can't use it anymore.

This facemask looks like a nice idea but the execution is rough. Edges are sharp, eye/nose/mouth holes are awkward, too many beads in it so it's stiff and the most annoying thing is the head straps don't fit around my head! And I am pretty sure my head is average sized...not large at all.

I bought this hoping to feel the cool side through the soft side.It is definitely soft but I do not feel the cool side through the soft side, so I've turned the mask towards thel gel side to put it on. I would not buy it again. If I could send it back; I would but I've already used it and I feel bad sending back a product that I've already used.

The mask is held in place with 2 straps—one that goes around the back of your head and one around the back of your neck. The neck strap is the same size as the head strap which makes it WAY to large for me. The straps are also made of the same slippery plastic as the mask, so don’t stay in place. I have had much better luck with ZNÖCUETÖD Cooling Ice Face Eye Mask which has elastic straps that hold much better.
