I like to pop the face mask in the fridge and use it when I have headaches. I feel refreshed and cooled down. Love that the mask is reusable. It comes with straps at the back which is a bonus as I can move around and get some work done while masking.This set also comes with cold or hot use beads which can be used in neck, back or any other area of body.

I love this thing. I wear it every few days. Typically after I wash my face at night and watch Netflix. It's cooling and feels nice on. I love the soft felt that sits directly on your skin. The cool feeling isn't overbearing but leaves my skin chilled after removing. If I have had a few glasses of wine the night before and my face feels puffy, I put on the mask in the morning and instantly feel refreshed.

I used this after some minor facial surgery to control bruising. It was so much easier than holding ice packs!

This mask helps with puffiness under my eyes. I put it in the freezer to make it really cold. It does come out a little stiff, but I just lay it on my face. I also use it when I have headaches and it really helps. I have only used it cold, not hot. It comes with strap to strap around your face and that helps it stay on. Great mask for the price.

I put the product in the freezer to ice my face. By doing this it really did reduce the redness of my face. I also have painful acne and felt so good to cool that off.Not super comfortable frozen solid but I leave it out for 10 to 20 minutes before applying to my face. Even after the wait it is still freezing but more comfortable

This actually helps when I get migraines, it is a little small for my fiancé but he is 6’5 and has a big head

I have just received this lovely product and my review on this would be that it it feels amazing the price is amazing the only downfall I would have to say is that unless you’re laying down it seems a little bit to big but nothing that would not work Overall satisfaction is I really do like it the hot and cooling effect of the mask is beyond my expectations I am very very excited to highly recommend this

The extra handheld ice/heat pack is a nice addition. For the most part it works and the mask maintains a decent temperature for about 10 minutes. The most annoying thing about the mask is the straps. The top straps are kind of secure, but they go right above your ear and if you take it off too quickly, you can give your ears a paper cut. They bottom straps basically go around the chin and neck so it hangs very loosely.Edit:However, customer service is amazing. They contacted me and addressed my issues promptly.

This is great to wake up your face to eliminate puffiness, or bring relief if you have a headache. I refrigerate it and lay the beaded side on my skin, not the fabric side. Love it. I recently had a friend come over and he wasn’t feeling good and had had a really stressful day, I put this on his face and he immediately relaxed and felt better. It changed the rest of his evening for the better... it’s just relaxing and calming!
