I love this mask!! I didn't know from the pictures, but there's straps on the back of the mask to keep it on your face, but they're perfect. Also, the back of the mask (the part that goes on your face) is soooo soft. It's a different material than the front, and even when I stick it in the freezer, it keeps it the perfect temperature for relaxing your skin but not freezing your entire face. Ugh, it's really perfect

This mask is absolutely superb at the end of a long tiresome day. The side that goes next to your face is a soft material that washes nicely. Usually have to put a towel between me and any ice pack, this one takes care of that. It hits my sinuses and the areas around my eyes nicely. Great for headaches too.Stays a reasonable amount of time, But I may buy a second one just so that I can swap them out.

Love this product. I have severe sinusitis from cystic fibrosis and this helps my sinus pain so much when suffering from an infection! I tried a bunch of other products and this one works the best. My order also came with 2 blue smaller packs that I use on my forehead and cheeks and they’re the perfect size and shape. If you have sinus pain or sinus infections I 100% reccomend.

Got this as a backup for my best friend after dental surgery. She purchased a pink one on Amazon. This one is thicker with more beads to stay colder or warmer for longer. The beads are extra thick right where she needed, over her top lip. First few days were cold only, then alternating warm/cold. Microwave for 22 seconds for a perfect warm mask. This is a wonderful, versatile product for hot and cold therapy. This mask was her favorite thing in her Get Well basket.

I was so excited for this to come today and I am in love! My face has been swollen since I had IPL therapy 3 days ago. I have been icing different areas of my face at a time and this is so nice to ice everything at once! Just cross the straps in the back so they fit tight. I can literally feel the swelling come down for the first time!

This is pretty cool, or hot! It can be microwaved to put a hot pack on your face or you can stick it on the freezer (if you’re feeling especially puffy Or have inflamed sinuses from allergies like I do this is be amazing! And would make a great ice pack in a pinch.) The flip side is super soft and it feels good on my face. I’d recommend the two pack to keep one at room temp for heating and one in the freezer.

The media could not be loaded.  This was perfect timing, when I became ill and had a bad headache/ migraine! First, I love that it can be used chilled in the fridge or freezer, or popped in the microwave for just a few seconds for soothing relaxation. It helps calm my face, mind, and relieve the pain in my head. I love how soft the fabrics is on the inside, it’s like velvet! I love both sets, the other gel pack is perfect to put in the freezer, and put on my neck for pain or migraines also. These are both great for travel!

When I get sinus headaches or anything that affects the whole face, this is the best. It's great for regular headaches too, it's just this is the only mask I've seen that covers the whole face. It has 2 sets of straps to keep the mask on the face. It also has a wonderfully soft side that's great when I've just taken the mask out of the freezer. It backs the cold off enough that I can wear it right away.Also great for puffy eyes.

I have recently been getting into the whole at home spa day types of days, and this mask seems like the perfect addition to my routine, and i was right! IT holds either cold or heat so well as it sits comfortably against your skin. THe straps are of ample length that allow you to easily wear it while you relax. I had mine in the refrigerator for a bit, and I left it on for 45 minutes - it was still cooler to the touch when I took it off! THe softer side is very comfortable, and the gel beads inside are too cute to look at. I highly recommend it!
