This product is pretty big on my small face but i made it work. i’m not a big fan of the packaging however it definitely helped my skin redness, my face is too sensitive with makeup and I used this after taking off my makeup and washing my face. it helped my face calm down with the redness and it definitely gave me a soothing feeling. i love it!

Perfect if you have flushing issues from MCAD/MCAS, histamine intolerance, rosacea, fever, hormonal changes, etc. Great for my allergies too. Cold pack helps to constrict the blood vessels in nose & sinus areas to allow more airflow, without having to use a medicine. It’s very soft on the fuzzy side & pliable, so it molds to your face. However, the cut outs do not line up very well on my face, so I’m giving it 4 stars.

The nose hole and mouth Hole don’t align. That may just be my face. Also the top strap is almost not big enough for my large head, but big heads run in my family. The bottom strap is plenty large enough.I got this because the ones that go around your eyes didn’t get my jaw and I have TMJ and like to ice my jaw occasionally. It does get some of my jaw so I can experience some relief.

Very soothing and nice in the summer. The only downside for me is that the mask stops short of the top of my forehead. Some of the problems I wanted to address most with this item are at the top of my forehead. However, this mask came with a smaller rectangular gel pack made of the same thing as the mask and stands in nicely for extra reach or to target specific areas on your faced. It's an overall good value and I recommend these items.

I love the way this feels. Let it thaw a bit out of the freezer before you attach it. I wish the straps were longer, sometimes it’s a tight fit.This is extremely relaxing and helps tighten my face and reduce puffiness. It gives your skin the same benefits of cryotherapy. A self care must have !

I have a small head and the straps barely secure on my face. It works better if I am laying down and use the pressure from my hands to make contact with my face...It is stiff when you take it out of the freezer but if you lay it out for a few minutes before using, it becomes flexible again.I wish they had different sizes so it could fit my face better

I bought this to help with sinus pressure. It’s easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave for a few seconds. It’s nice and warm and the straps work to secure it to your face well if you are laying down (the bottom strap fits loosely so I’m not sure it would stay on standing up). Overall I liked it but I wish there was more surface area of the warming pads on the nose/cheek bone area because that was where I was looking for relief.

This was good for when you need to cool your face after an intense facial, laser or microneedling. That said, it could be a little (actually) a lot wider as it does completely cover the outer sides of your cheek. I know you can just move it around to get coverage there but that is just time consuming. It did come with an extra rectangle of gel beads that I didn’t expect so that will help with the side cheek issue!

I used this to help with my face swelling during pregnancy. I just received it but it feels nice from just chilling it in the refrigerator for a few hours and placing it on my face. Ideal time to see if it helps with swelling will be first thing in the morning.

The straps are kind of weird in the sense that they're both the same length, but they should be different lengths to fit better. Bottom strap is too long, although I guess that could be fixed by sewing it to make it shorter. I use the small pack that comes with it on my eyes when I want it on my eyes too since there are cutouts on the mask for your eyes.
