I like that you can put it on easy . Lay down and relax. Helps my puffy eyes and gives me a glow.

Yeah it looks funny, but WOW does this help with my migraines. I love how the inside of the mask is soft and the straps are long enough for my big ol' head.I would recommend this mask if you have migraines. I would definitely purchase this again for friends and family.

Well, as you can see from the pictures (haha) this is more than large enough for your face! It's nice and comfortable because the gel beads get cold but never uncomfortably frozen. The inner lining is like a soft velour material that is nice. The straps are velcro and adjustable and fit easily around the head. Or just lay down and you don't even need to use them. It even comes with an extra little one that I can use on my neck. Great for after my long night shifts when my patients are screaming bloody murder all night and my head is absolutely pounding. Really really happy with this! So much better than a cheap little drug store ice pack.

I got this for my son who was having sinus surgery. It worked great for him to ice the swelling afterwards. He thought I was crazy when I 1st gave it to him but he was thankful that he had it when he needed it

I bought this mask because I have bad allergies and sinus issues that cause puffy above and below my eyes. It perfect for headaches I have tried when I had one too.. This is very comfortable on the face the ice for about 15 minutes before it starts to melt for me. I love that I am able to see out with no problem. Only thing is my hair gets caught on the back with the Velcro to secure the mask. I get help to put it on by putting it in a bun or ponytail. Overall, I am glad these are invented for several uses plus helps me relax after a long day. Will I buy it again yes. I am a happy customer. I have recommended this to several friends/family.

This mask is awesome but there are a few things that I do wish were a little different.I read reviews to understand why the straps didn't fit correctly. You have to cross them in the back and it does fit a lot better. I do wish that the mask was bigger to cover my entire face. It covers most of it but it would be nice if it covered all the way to my ears. The nose and mouth hole are off and do not fit correctly but it isn't a big deal. I LOVE the soft lining in the mask so you don't get cold burn and when the mask starts to warm up, you can just flip it to the other side. People complaining about it being stiff are stupid. It was frozen...what do you expect? Just move the beads around a little to make it bend to your face. It also stays cold a long time if it was in the freezer (about 30 mins).

I only ever had mask like this that covered the eyes. I was just looking to replace one. These type of mask are a must for sinus problems or headaches. I have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder this year which makes the left side of my face involuntary contract. It happens many times throughout the day and hurt because of the forceful stretching. I saw this product and had to try it out. Solved all problem areas at once. I am going to buy a second one and designate one for heat and one for cold. The strap issues as some other people have pointed out are correct. I found a perfect solution to fix it and get a better fit. If you crisscross the top and bottom straps it will hug to your face perfectly. It makes the bottom of the mask curve around the bottom of your face and you don't end up with the unusable lower strap.

This multi-use mask is great because you can use it both hot or cold which is exactly what I was looking for.When I have sinus pressure or eye strain, I put this in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm up and the heat from the mask provides relief and feels relaxing. I also use this in the morning sometimes when my face looks puffy. To de-puffI wash my face, apply serum and then put this mask on (after cooling it for 15-20 mins in the freezer). The coolingeffect helps reduce any redness or puffiness. I also like that this mask comes with elastic straps as that reallyhelps to keep the mask from slipping off. The only small downside is that sometimes I find the velcro pulls at some of my hair. To avoid this, I usually put my hair in a ponytail or bun before using the mask. Overall, a great productfor relaxation and self care. Look forward to many more uses.

I have read a lot about how ice/cooling can help your skin and helps prevent and reduce not only puffiness & redness, but acne. Also - it just feels good!I shopped around for an ice mask and it was between this one and the slightly cheaper version of this (almost identical looking) except for one KEY difference - the amount of beads in the filling. I decided to splurge on this slightly more expensive one for just that reason because I have encountered other cooling/heating bead pad things in the past that don't hold staying cold/hot very long because of the lack of beads.Boy am I glad I purchased this one! It stays cool for over an hour!! the fuzzy lining make it's comfortable to keep on your face for long and I find that it feels amazing. My only complaint is the head straps are really big. I've never noticed that I have a small head, so I imagine I'm pretty average (in that way at least ;) ), so i do have to criss cross the straps. I wish they were elastic.
