I did like this product because it covers my entire face when I have a headache. However, it did not lay flat on my face like I expected it to do. Due to that, I placed it behind & on top of my head, and it worked better for headaches. I have not tried to heat it yet. It is a good quality product, I'm just trying to get used to it still.

I've had it for a year and a half and use it when I have allergy related sinus pressure/pain. My only gripe is when it's frozen it does not bend as smoothly. It sort of folds in the middle so it isn't touching the right places for sinus pain. I have to massage the middle to soften it a bit and then it conforms around my face.Highly recommend to anyone that has sinus pressure/pain.

This product was definitely a splurge, but Im happy I got it. My face is super puffy from being pregnant and this feels great and helps tone it down a little. I keep it in the fridge and it hasn't taken on any weird odors. The eye holes are weird and I have to criss cross the bands behind my head or else it falls off. It's also terrifying to catch my reflection. But it works!

I am about 80% happy with this. My only issues are that the bottom strap is the same size as the top. I'm sitting here wearing it and thank goodness I'm not planning to wear it laying down because I have to use a binder clip to hold the bottom strap on. It is way too long to be able to velcro to itself and stay in place. The other issue is that the pictures are a little misleading. They look like this pack will cover your entire face, but it won't. It doesn't cover the sides of the face at all and you can see that in other product reviews. I get puffy cheeks from grinding my teeth so this mask is useless for TMJ, it doesn't cover the jaw joint or the masseter muscle. Great for under eye puffiness.

I bought this for my son whom is fighting cancer. His chemo makes his face feel very hot and flushed, so I figured this would give him some relief.Pros:-It's comfortable on the face since there is a material layer on the mask, so your skin is not just touching cold (or hot) plastic.-The eye, nose, and mouth holes match up great.Cons:-The velcro is not long enough so I had to buy velcro to try to make an extension, so my son could wear the mask while watching TV or sitting up, as intended.-The mask did not stay cold for very long. We froze it over night and once applied to the face, it was back to warm within 25 minutes, unfortunately.

I use this mask everyday as an ice mask for about 10 minutes. It’s easy to use and of decent quality. It was delivered well packaged with a a smaller gel pack included. I use that as an ice pack for my eyes, hard to reach areas and pimples for 5 minutes or so everyday. Both the mask and the pack is durable. The only uncomfortable part of the mask is the Velcro closure. It does not fit tightly around the head. I have a lot of hair so in order to fit, I usually wrap my hair up and then place the mask on, securing it as tight as possible. This is the one of the ways I use the Velcro. The other way is to cross the straps for a tighter fit. Other than that, the mask is comfortable. The mask is squishy and soothing so it can used slightly cold or warm which is comforting.

I purchased 2 different gel face masks for post-procedure care after a PDT Blue Light treatment on my face. This one wasn't my favorite of the two.I don't think this is the worst mask, in fact, it does the job alright. But it's not what I would consider the best, and I'll tell you why I personally didn't care for it as much as the other:1. The straps are not terribly long, and they're not elastic, so if you have a big head, they wouldn't fit around. Because they're not elastic, the mask didn't fit that well on my face.2. The gel took an above average amount of time to thaw out enough to be soft enough to mold to the contours of your face. Before that happens, it's basically a lump of ice sitting atop your face. Not comfortable, and not effective.Because of these two reasons, I would go with another mask.I am glad I had two so I could swap them out for the 36 hours I was using them (when I was wearing one, the other was in the freezer, and so on and so on). But, if I knew that I wouldn't care for this one when I bought it, I would have just purchased two of the other one's I purchased.BTW, if you want to know what one I did like, look at my reviews :) (it's orange!)

This mask looks crazy (purple luchador?) but it's not a bad product. I've only used this heated up, I haven't tried it as an icepack.Pros:1. The interior has a soft terry cloth feel, so it sits comfortably on the face - much better than a plastic pack2. It seems to retain heat once heated up for a decent length of time3. The face/nose/mouth holes and straps make it so you can still watch TV or do other things while wearing4. It does provide some relief for headaches when warmed up - obviously not a cure but it's very soothingCons:1. You can only heat this thing up in 10-15 second intervals - but it definitely isn't warm enough after the first 15 seconds. I'd say it takes maybe a full minute of 10-15 second intervals to get it warm enough to do much? Really wish you could just pop it in the microwave for a minute or something and it's heated. Very annoying.2. You will look insane while wearing this thing3. The straps are a little unwieldy in the back, criss crossing them seems to help make it more secure

I got this after my sister had one and she said it helped with headaches. It does, the top strap is easy to get the mask to stay on however the bottom part of the mask is harder to press against my face without laying down. If I need to refill my water or if I'm sitting at my desk working then I cant really use the mask. Great for laying down or watching tv though!
