I was skeptical as the average was 3 stars, but I took a chance since it was on sale for 39.99. The 49.99 for month of data seems a little pricey, but seems to be comparable to other Hotspots but with the benefit of no contract. I am using for summer to work from home while I watch kids swim at community pool. I thought it might be kind of slow but worked perfectly for me to VPN in to my work computer. Maybe the issues mentioned in other reviews have been resolved?

Needed to supplement our regular internet when it slowed down. Worked great for us.

I have just purchased this to use in a slightly remote rural location. It has connected well and no issues. I get 5 times the speed of the DSL provider that was my other option. I find the user interface straight forward and easy to navigate. I would have liked a log just in case I ever have issues. I do not use this like my home internet, to be honest, it is more to have the bare essentials access and I can even work from remote home using this. I am just very pleased.

It works good in places that are difficult to have internet

I get good reception with it even way out in the country.

I am not sure what issues others are having but I purchased the GB plan and the device in store. I went home and set it up online from my phone. I Followed the directions. On the directions there are 2 website you can go to for setting changes. One of them didn't work for me but I was able to go on to the other in order to make changes if needed. It works well. I use it for when my kids are some where that doesn't have wifi and they need to complete online home work. It's fast for this purpose. I have not used it for anything else though as I do have internet service at home.

Activation was a breeze, took less than 5min and I had the hotspot up and running. Great and easy product to use

Works as our backup internet connection when at home and our primary when we are traveling. Pretty simple to use. Good battery life, seems to last a full day with consistent use. Really nice to have kids watch Netflix movies when taking long trips.

Moxee mobile hotspot is very flexable! They Need more plans of differant G monthly rates! I would like to see a 10G monthly plan for my budget! Thank You for this competivly priced Hotspot! MB
