I suppose that if you used it an hour or less a day the 40GB might last you 30 days....might.

Tough little device, connection via 4G not strong

Bought at Bestbuy, no issues with setup or refill. Unit holds up well to use and abuse. Wi-Fi strength via 4G not very strong. Battery length no too bad for what I use it for. Signal always appears weak on any device connected but for simple tasks the weak signal works. Wouldn’t recommend for steaming or busy usage. Works ok in a pinch.

Great service but pathetic battery life

I love the wifi and i have good reception but if you will be watching videos or using instagram you better have the device plugged in charging. The battery life is terrible

Once you get it activated it works fine. Need to greatly improve customer service for these devices if they want ratings and reviews to improve.

Could Not Even Use the Device

Couldn’t even get this device set up! I went online and entered the serial number per the instructions and it said it was already active. I couldn’t even buy a plan to maybe make this device work. A waste of money & time - I will be returning this item.

Horrible but customer service is helpful

I have had nothing but trouble with this device and I haven't even used it yet! First it arrived and when I went to activate it I was told the SIM card was no good and they sent me a new card. The new card took forever to get to me. Once it got here I called to activate the device and it turns out the new card didn't work but the old card was fine and it was able to be activated with the old card. Meanwhile I really needed the hot spot the night before at a vendor event I was at which is why I bought the device. So finally the hot spot works, and my devices connect to it but now I cannot recover my password to set up an account to reload the hot spot! And to top it all off I think the battery is dead because the device will only work while plugged in! So frustrating!!!

Old sim cards you need to pay $0.99 extra on new device.

Out of the box device will not activate on the website. Called simple mobile and they said it had an old SIM card that needed to be replaced. Ok. Great. Called target about getting a new sim card and I get the run around from target because no they do not understand the problem. Shame on target for selling non working devices and shame on simple mobile for not removing these devices and addressing the older SIM card issue. As of right now I can not comment on performance because I can not activate. Bad start not looking promising.
