After just a week both hands stopped lighting up

He looks great but doesn’t work well. He lights up but makes no sounds at all. My dad got this for us as a gift and my kids are so disappointed that it doesn’t work.

Parts did not fit. Manufacturers defect. I had to return and kids were super sad about it.

I have wanted Lewis for over a year, and was ecstatic when he came back in stock this year. I felt hesitant to spend nearly $200 on one decoration, but he is too cute to pass up!Unfortunately, he is not built to last. I had him up for around a week and the wind caused him to break off of the metal stand. This feels unacceptable with the price point.

He’s not motion sensor… you have to touch his button

Very upset I got my Lewis and he Doesnt have a power cord!! No way to exchange him for one with a cord! He’s for sure staying but super sad I can’t hear him😭😂

Was excited to see two for sale at my local store. Both boxes were opened but nothing seemed bothered. Purchased one for me and one for someone else. Both has the power cords taken from them.

I got the last Lewis at my store… Someone clearly returned him. He was missing his right arm and came with two left arms, which I tried to make work but the way the metal was welded made it impossible. This is poorly put together especially for the price. I’ll never be influenced by TikTok again.

I was super excited to be able to get Lewis this year, however, I’ve now had two of them and neither of them were correctly. Going to return and just give up. Disappointing!
