a con in my opinion - alternatives are pricey. This one breaks very easily and causes unnecessary waste.

Why has Microsoft reduced the quality of it's accessories so much? I think this is the third headset I've bought in as many years.

Break very easily. Had to return a pair as the mic stopped working after a few weeks. Got a replacement very quickly. Hopefully this one will be OK

Its OK. Overpriced tho. And the speaker isn't loud enough. Think ill still with the Xbox standard mic this is not an upgrade.

Ich habe vor ca. 6 Monaten 2 headset's bestellt eins davon funktioniert super das andere hat irgendwie ne Macke. Mal funktioniert es und mal nicht und seit einer Woche geht es jetzt garnicht mehr.

This headset was great when I bought it but after 3 months the headset broke and would not take in any audio. Second time this has happened with this Xbox headset. Not happy.

Had one from my first xbox one in 2014, worked for 3 years no issue. This one stops working randomly & have to plug it in and out for it to work again.

Breaks very easily. Contacted Microsoft for a replacement as the seller warranty is very short. Second headset is now broken too. Poor quality, spend a little more and get a better quality headset.

We tried three different headsets, same make, purchased in different places. Each one stopped working within weeks. Have bought a far more expensive one now. You get what you pay for, in my opinion!

Awful product, was talking with my mates and it just stopped picking up my voice, I could hear them but all they could hear from my mic was a loud static noise apparently. Up until then it was a great headset which makes it that much more disappointing
