I find this curling iron to be too long. I’ve Gotten other curling Irons from Amazon and I like them all. I would like to send this back would you please tell me how to go about this! Thank you, Betty Jane Jaeger

I love this item it was just the wrong ,going recorder the right one 💕

This doesn't work great. Even at a typically high heat setting, the girls don't stick. I've never experienced this with a curling iron. I also prefer a wand over this type, so I am returning it.

Love to work with the hot tools brand, but was disappointed with the cord. It was short. All of my other hot tools brand came with a 6ft cord. This did not, much shorter.

I read a similar review where the barrel pulls on the hair and I had the same experience. It's not the spring but the barrel itself. Not sure what makes the "Signature Series Gold" better because I was very disappointed. Perhaps my hair is too fine for this type. I had used the Revlon iron (much cheaper) and had better results.

The brace that is intended to support the wand does not stay up. If you do get it to stay in place it also heats up, good way to burn yourself.

Purchased at the end of February and it worked very well. It creates beautiful curls. Fast forward to May and the clamp is beginning to get stuck. It no longer opens and closes gracefully. Unfortunately, this product will probably not last long.

My Mom bought this she used it a few times then put it in the bathroom closet and I haven't seen her use it in about a year it's not the best one on the market doesn't do a great job and gets cold quickly and the curls don't hold that well

This curling iron does not glide through the hair easily. I will be purchasing something else pronto.

Make sure your hand will be able to handle this tool. The lever is higher than any curling iron I have used in the past. Also if you have any hair spray in your hair, your hair will stick to the rod. It's great on clean hair!
