I dont think this had autoshut Off and didnt seem to curl as good as my old silver and black conair curling iron. I returned it

Very underwhelmed.... the clamp was not very tight at all. I used it and within a few minutes my curls fell. Very disappointed. It felt cheap, like junky quality. My old Conair is much sturdier and has a tighter grip. Oh well, now I know the hype about this brand is not true!

After using it only a few times it always left me with loose and droopy curls It wasn't heating up enough to actually hold a curl and I had it at 400+ Not really happy with it...

Do not buy, the iron stopped working a month in.

I loved this product, until today when I turned it on and it would not heat up. I just so happens to be the day after I could return it. I have had it for 29 days not counting the shipping. This is ridiculous.

This product absolutely DOES NOT curl African American hair. And my hair is straight, straight. Processed hair and it still doesn't work. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! A flat iron bends better then this. I even tried it on the hottest setting, still nothing.

Very disappointed... must have gotten a lemon... hardly warm even at maximum heat level. Missed window to return.

Over the years my hair has gone from broom straight to curly. I wanted to have more loose curls. The circumference of the staff is 1.25 inches so essentially it ends up straightening your hair instead of curling it.
