The cord is noticeably shorter than one you would buy from a professional

I wasn’t happy with the cord. It’s short and doesn’t wrap up like I should

Handle broke less than a month of using it. Loved it until that happened.

Have purchased this brand multiple times in the past, however, this curling iron does not get hot enough to curl my hair.

This worked for a while but now the handle seems kind of flimsy and isn't heating up as it used to.

Heat temp control does not seem to get hot enough-I clean barrel frequently but this iron does not last very long

The spring is already starting to fail - I have to press the clip up and down manually. Very disappointed.

Typically this curling iron comes with replacement hinges and a longer electrical cord. This one did not.

Not tight enough. I kept adjusting. Went to a better quality.
