I like this product but the cord does not swivel and it quickly gets tangled, very annoying!

It did,nt seem to get that HOT BUT i HAV USED THIS PRODUCT FOR YEARS . LOVE THIS PRODUCT

I like that salons use this so I feel like it’s safer for my hair but my long hair sheds some and gets caught on the bottom of the iron which makes it hard for the cord to turn easily. I have to keep picking it out and it’s time consuming. Curls turn out great and it has several heat temp options.

The curling iron look really nice even though I looked at the sizes it still was really big but I didn’t expect it to be that big and it took a really long time for it to heat up

Loved this curling iron until it stopped working. Haven't even had it for one year.

Just like the picture. Good everything except the grip. It doesn’t have grip to hold the hair in place.

The wand length is waaay too short for my hair length and requires more time since I have to curl smaller sections of hair.

I had read mixed reviews but had own Hot Tools before. My complaint is they do not heat up or get hot. I have the temp setting all the way up and they barely get warm. If I had the boxes they would get returned !!!!
