The pivoting electrical connection on the handle wears out, and connection becomes intermittent, otherwise it works great according to wife.

I love hot tools and my hair has gotten pretty long so I bought a size bigger curling iron and wish I would have sized down. If you don’t have long long hair, it’s hard to get a good looking curl. I do love everything about it though, my preference would have been to size down

Works good but this size was a bit too big for me and I decided I'd probably be better off with a curling wand rather than iron. I am still trying to learn how to curl my hair and the clamps always make my ends look dry and gross. If you are like me and are still trying to get the hang of curling your hair go with a curling wand instead.

So glad I got this. I normally have no luck with curling my hair but decided to try again. I did a lot of research on what would be the best one and this was one of the top ten. Had good reviews so I bought it and I love it.

hot tools are the way to go!
