This set (only opened the first box) is so incredibly cheaply manufactured. The screw holes don’t accept the provided screw (had to go thru 5 to get the first screw to thread on). Only have one chair partially together after 2 hours! The old 19 yr old set we intended to replace with this junk may need to last another couple years…. The chair pads are like 3 thickness of paper towel… they’ll definitely be uncomfortable to sit on! My wife was excited to get new patio furniture… she hates this junk so far!

We were not happy with the quality of this product. Seems cheap and not sturdy. The cushions are flimsy and flat. I wanted to return but apparently it is not returnable

Bought now even a year ago and had for a few months and both couches fell apart.

Bought this in March and just now putting together. Half of the screws won’t thread. Will have to use a drill and bolts to get it together. Most frustrating thing ever. Embarrassed that I spent even one dollar on this set.

Only received half. Still waiting on the other box. There is no shipping tracking info for the second box. I'm going to say it was never shipped. And I sent you an email about it. Waiting.....

This is very cheap material son sat on love seat and it bent the metal or whatever it bent first day!! Cheap

The directions are small picture and with no words. The holes don't line up either. Not worth. I worked on this for five days.

Discolored looks black in photos and real colors are black and brown. Not worth the price never again. Company supposed to refund $50.

Not what we expected was expecting something alittle bigger.. not made for tall and big people
