Arrived on time in two large, heavy well packaged boxes. Assembly tedious but fairly easily accomplished. Definitely follow directions. I missed a set of screws in the front of the first chair I put together. Sure it would be easier with help. The set is VERY small in size. Almost like a child's patio set. I don't believe it'll be very sturdy nor last long. It is from Vietnam and seems built for a smaller population. The cushions are nice. It's inexpensive considering you get two sets but, again, it's so very small you need two sets. I think this will be more decorative than functional. I probably would save your money until you can afford a larger, sturdier patio set. It'll work for me as it won't be used that much. The loveseat may good a larger person but not the chairs. I don't like how very small it is at all. Rather have fewer pieces larger in size and sturdiness.

The bench leg B is completely out of alignment. Just cannot fix it. The bench is useless.

Not easy to assemble. The directions are only a small picture and don't tell you which screws are which. The holes don't line up either. Not worth the frustration for the cheap price!

Pieces are not labeled for assembly. The directions are basically a picture of the put together furniture. Holes do not line up, pieces do not fit properly together. After the ridiculous assembly process, the furniture looks cheap, is very smally, and flimsy. I would not at all recommend this product.
