When I received this, parts are missing and the canopy is cheap and really loose, not tight like the picture!

The lounger arrived inside one box and was missing the main frame. The canopy bracket was rusted and painted over... the paint flaked right off when taking it out of the box. The top cushions are very thin, and look flimsy. We are returning this to the store. I never write reviews but this was pathetic.

I had to hire someone to put this together. He is an experienced person, and it took him four hours. Then the hood would never go up or down. I ended up having to return it which meant I had to pay someone to take it apart and box it up and it was very heavy to return. Terrible!

very difficult to put it together.Parts missing.Very poor quality.

Missed one whole canopy piece, the company said they did not have another piece available , asked to get refund and had to fight this for days! So hard to assemble!

The product will be like putting together a 1000 piece puzzle for a simple chair.....buy in store only.....online not recommended
