17 steps and instructions lacking specific details.Was missing full bag of 14 screws that I thought would be easier picking up at hardware store than requesting and each screw was 0.95$ so that added ~14$ to final cost. Missing another important screw toward end, but was able to use a shorter replacement I had.Reclining aspect turned out wonky, though likely result of imperfect build since I did this by myself and it was not easy to align the various parts.Easily takes about 6 hrs to get together. Feels cheaper than cost. Would not purchase again.

I received this as a Christmas gift. 2 parts are corroded and rusted and the canopy was not included.Update: I was sent replacement parts but they are still a little rusted. I now have a canopy though. So I will make this work.

Bad quality!!!! Do not recommend.

The holes for screws don’t line up, the instructions are awful, and it doesn’t work well, while a great concept, it’s a very flimsy, poorly made product

The chair it looks nice but the top does not change position and always blows. I would not buy again

They are nice, but the materias for real are very cheap and they came with some accessories in bad condition, it need too on the bottom better supports like small wheels to keep away from the floor and then avoid damage on the bottom

The directions were miss labeled , parts cane rusted , and missing parts , now they sent the missing parts and replacement pieces for the rusted parts , but they were just as rusted ,Took 2 people 4 hours to put together !!!!

Cushions thinner than expected. I would of preferred a thicker one for more comfort. Also. The shade cover will not stay down by itself so you can get full sun if prefer

The instructions are very difficult to understand and this took 2 people about 6 hours to assemble trying to figure out the tiny pictures of mess. Arrived in 2 separate trips on different days. Customer service was helpful though and it is pretty in my yard
