I selected these wiregate carabiners because they are rated at 24kn. Similar products are rated for 17kn to 20kn. I decided to get the stronger biners for my hammock system. They are larger than similar product by about half an ounce, but I don't mind that with the extra strength! These are good for camping/hiking/hammock, but i would not suggest this as a key chain, it's just too big.

The hammock barely fits back in the sack, but not a chance the straps or hooks will find back in the sack. The straps are fantastic, and I plan to buy more straps just like it. The hammock is large and comfortable. My husband is 6 foot and 200 pounds and enjoys it well.

Good sturdy straps. I ordered 2 sets and received 3 two piece "sets". I assume that is to make up the length description variable in the description. I have only used two and they are very adjustable and easy to secure. would buy these again

I've had the tree straps for almost a year now, and they are holding up great. I love the ability to extend the reach of my hammock. My only "issue" is that the bag that they came in is broken, so I needed to find a new way of storing the straps. I wish the bag was better quality, but in the end, I paid for the straps, not the bag, so it's not a big deal.

Overall satisfied with the hammock and straps. This is longer so you either have to sit perpendicularly or banana the hammock if you want to socialize or see the view. As soon as you lay in the hammock it closes like a cacoon, which is great for sleeping. The straps and carabiners are excellent and made the purchase a steal since the are as good as the other brands. If I wanted to use a stand this would be too long. Hammock quality is good but not exactly the same as others. Imagine parachute pants that are stiff and noisy vs. the soft ones;this hammock is soft. There are pros and cons to having the pricier hammock or this one but it's good we have both.
