I was expecting a new-in-box item. The face of the watch was so badly scratched, it had to have been used and misused. I returned it, and looked elsewhere (EBay) to find a replacement.

Not a great experience.

Received this item on time but it was obviously used. Put it on the charger and it would not charge. Tried again for several hours with no charge. Returned the item and am waiting for the refund. The ad said nothing about this being used or even refurbished

After 8 months battery fails

Don't buy this watch from Loyal Firm. My Inspire 2 battery is lasting just 8 hrs after full charge. Loyal Firm does not provide any exchanges or returns on items that were purchased more than 30 days ago, even though the manufacturer (Fitbit) offers a 1 year warranty. I contacted Fitbit for further support, but they said because Loyal Firm is a not authorized store the 1 year warranty doesn't apply.

Broke in under 10 months, seller not covered by warranty

It worked okay enough during the 10 months, not all features would work such as tracking HR during exercise. Customer support did not resolve this issue but I put up with it. Then the plastic casing broke from normal wear and tear, no high risk sports involved. Now it's unusable and I have no warranty coverage.

Battery failed after less than a year

Battery life was great for a bit but in half a year or so it got to the point that a full charge wouldn’t even last a full day. Contacted support and said there is no warranty because it wasn’t purchased directly from their website. Do not buy. It will stop working and they won’t care at all or offer any solutions for replacement because buying through Amazon voids the warranty.

The Google Monopoly Rules Whether You Can Use Your Fitbit

I can't use my device unless I establish a Google account. Google is attempting to own and monopolize all computer related subject matter. Their language orders you to have a Google Account. I see them creeping into everything that uses the computer to accomplish. I an not going to use the fitbit for that reason.

Constantly disconnects from app on my phone

I’ve been using this device for about eight months now. Whenever I check the app on my phone, it seems I cannot sync often. The device has lost connection with my phone. I have to go in. Forget the device turn off Bluetooth and then try to reload it. It takes a very long time for the device and phone to find each other even though I’m holding the phone in the hand wearing the device. Once he finds the device, I have to wait for a request to pair the device with my phone. Health articles have not been helpful at all. It’s extremely frustrating.
