I got my fitbit inspire 2 7 days ago. I wore it to the pool on the third day I had it. it is in water lock and will not come out so the face is permanently locked. I have read many reviews with the same issue. They say to hit the face hard twice and I have done that, and really hard, with no success. So it is not a great product. Upgrade and go for a better model.

i am disappointed with my fitbit. it looks like the fitbit is on dim mode all the time but when i go to settings, its not. i cant read the numbers very well. I compared it to my old fitbit and its noticably dull.

I liked the product ok- bought it last October- now short of 1 year it will not hold a charge. Contacted the company and they informed me that this is an unathorized reseller so they would not honor the warranty. You have no way of knowing that from this site and I am really upset and feeling ripped off.

Can’t read it and it takes forever to sync. It’s really a big disappointment

Doesn’t count all steps taken or exercise. Counts arm movements as steps

I recently purchased the Fitbit Inspire 2 from an Amazon seller, and I wanted to share my experience with the product and the seller. While the Fitbit itself was a decent fitness tracker, my overall experience has been marred by a significant issue related to warranty support. After just five months of usage, my Fitbit Inspire 2 encountered a problem that rendered it inoperable. Naturally, I reached out to Fitbit's customer support, hoping to have the issue resolved through their warranty service. To my disappointment, I was informed that my warranty was not honored due to the fact that I had purchased the Fitbit from an unauthorized seller on Amazon. This revelation came as a shock, as I had no idea at the time of purchase that the seller was considered unauthorized. It's worth noting that Fitbit's warranty policy does specify that warranties may not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, but this detail was not readily apparent during the purchase process. I believe there should be more transparency in this regard, both from Fitbit and the sellers on Amazon. It's disheartening to think that I may have unwittingly purchased a product that didn't come with the support I expected. Now I plan to reach Amazon and then seller if they can help resolve. As I go thru their experiences, will come back and update

I wanted to wait to use this before I gave a reviewHR seems very accurate-I love almost all the new features-Picks up on a lot of stuff and is very accurate-Comfy and looks nice, isn’t too bigCons:-Every time I move my hand up or down it buzzes and turns on and off and it’s ANNOYING!! And it messes with features, such as; the timer when I’m running, going back to the Home Screen, and going to the settings. And it does that in my sleep.-So the way to fix this is to wear it higher on my wrist/forearm... but that’s not as comfortable.-I’ve only had it for a weeks and I want to try it out for at least a Month... but that’s just a dumb feature. I’d rather just tap the top to turn it on than press the sides. Who came up with that?- I don’t like that I walk for 30 minutes but it changes it to a higher number because “active zone” or whatever gives you 2x the minutes. If I run for 30 minutes... I walk for 30 minutes! It says I exercised for 99 minutes... but I only did 60 minutes. It gave me 2x the minutes. That’s just dumb and confusing.- I also don’t like that I can’t zoom in on my sleeping log and see the graph. I all so notice any little movement on your arm gives you steps I was doing dishes and I got more steps even doing the lawn on a riding lawn mower gave me steps I am not happy with this because I am having to take it off and then put back on to walk so I am having to walk more just to make sure I get my steps

I’ve had my Fitbit inspire 2 for 2 years. It no longer holds a charge for more than a few days and It decided To no longer track my sleep score. That and tracking my steps were the 2 reasons I purchased a Fitbit. Trying to contact customer service is nearly impossible….it’s like they want to hide from their problems which they know they have. There are many more reasons for my 2 star rating such as the Fitbit is often unresponsive when I’m trying to cycle through menus or even just trying to get the face to light up. Time to explore an Apple Watch!!
