Received fitbit with one band off. Put the band on but the watch face would not keep the band attached. Kept reattaching and the band would keep unattaching to watch. It is nor repairable because the watch face will not securely hold the band. Left message for Tanga but have not heard back. Left message for Amazon and have not heard back.

Worthless. Doesn’t work; plus it’s a bit more worn than I thought. I would send it back for a refund but no return instructions were included. Lesson learned.

I received mine in the mail. It charged once to 33%. It will not sync with my phone. Now, it won’t charge at all!! Not happy!!!

No good at all. Will now connect no matter what I do been trying for 3 days. Went back to my old Fitbit.

Was very disappointed! The box was resealed with scotchtape and all bar codes were crossed out. I feel like I bought stolen merchandise. Not able to give it as a gift.

Item I received was not new, the box and packaging clearly showed damage and the fitbit isn't working correctly. Bought another one today locally

I purchased two Fitbit Inspire 2 Health & Fitness Tracker and both packages were open when I received them. One Fitbit was missing the small band and the charger and the other Fitbit was missing the large band!!! Not at all impressed!!!
