I do manual labor and am really tough on watches. This tracker has held up for 2 years and all that I’ve had to replace is the band once which I was able to by here on Amazon. The weekly update is simple and easy to read and great for keeping an eye on how you are trending. Only negative is that it is difficult to see with polarized lenses. But I prefer to just check it at night anyway. Whenever this quits working I will update to one of the newer models, but until then I wear it religiously and it works great for me. Good job.

Isn’t that when people most want to use it? Outdoors?

The band is not as comfortable as my last FitBit. It’s a thicker band. Otherwise it works fine and holds a good charge.

Company needs to better protect the screen from scratches.

I love that I get rebates from LA Fit. I love the app for healthy heart, steps, exercise.

Purchased this to replace my Charge 3 which broke. I wanted something smaller and less expensive and I have to say that this qualifies. I'm finding it a bit different to navigate that what I'm used to, but I have not run across anything that I can't get past. Price was right for me and it works for my needs/wants in a tracker watch.

Box was open but Fitbit itself appeared to be packaged inside as brand new. I had a Charge 2 and wanted an upgrade with same features. Inspire 2 is very similar. Only problem is the display is smaller and harder for me to see the number of steps without glasses but I can deal with it. It looks a lot nicer on my wrist.

This is a good value for the price, but there are definitely some issues. The sleep tracking is continually confused over what time I went to bed so I have to manually adjust it. You pretty much need premium to access all of the insights you are looking for. Thankfully they give you a one year free trial. The exercise tracking pretty much tells you that warming up and cooling down don't count when they very much do and they are critical so you don't hurt yourself. I have found it useful to look at my sleep stages, see how my heart rate changes depending on my movement, and view when and how much cardio I get in when I'm doing aerobics. So there are pluses and minuses and I'd just recommend getting something else if you don't want to accomodate hiccups.

A bit small to read.
