This Fitbit is just not a good product!! You can not read the time on the watch unless you are in a very dark room!! Fitbit has replaced my watch 3 times and I was unable to read the time in the light on all 3 watches!!! UGH!

The device itself is good, I would like to keep using it, however it just doesn't last. I've had 3 of these all with the same issue, the spot where the band connects to the watch fails making it fall off. Not on the band side which is replaceable, but on the watch itself. Support from Fitbit has been awful, constant running around and we will get back to you, only for them to find a way to not support the product. I just can't recommend using a Fitbit product and I'm finally done with them.

Fitbit has a one-year warranty on their products, But they have to be authorized sellers. this seller is not authorized, so when my inspire2 broke on Friday 9/15/2023, I went to Fitbit to get it fixed. nope, they are not authorized. so now I have a broken product that I can not get replaced because the seller is selling this product illegally, per Fitbit!!!

Did not work.

Phone started wanting me to pay for report that had previously been included in less than a year. Didn't record sleep properly. What is that nasty smell?

I primarily bought this to keep track of my heart rate. It worked for 4 days and no longer reads it. I contacted the help desk at Fitbit and they couldn’t help. I already threw the box away so now I’m stuck with an expensive pedometer.

Purchased in Jan and now, Sept it stopped working. No warranty because seller isn't authorized dealer. Unbelievable! I am going back to Garmin.

I had brought this for my son and the screen brightness became almost zero with nothing visible. Will not recommend this model

I bought this product less than 6 months ago. The screen now is blank and won’t light up, making it useless. This is apparently an issue that Fitbit is well aware of. I contacted Fitbit for help, and they admitted the defect. But Fitbit will not honor the product warranty because the seller was “NE Solutions”. They said it does not matter that I purchased the item new from Amazon. The item is outside the 30-day return period so I am stuck with a brick.

Do not get this if you primarily need a heart rate monitor. You have to wake it up by holding it multiple times to get a live reading. At that point I could just take my pulse with my fingers. Charging cable is also proprietary and terrible. Extremely picky about the USB port it will charge from, only worked on a powered USB hub. Was also shipped completely with a completely dead battery. Just an awful hateful little gadget.
