I send a message to the seller asking what we could do about the battery life. I will not stay charged longer than 2 hours tops. Now after having the computer for just over a month it will shut off randomly.

I received my MacBook almost 2 weeks ago. MacBook need to be program with the newest software made an appointment at Apple long story short Apple was unable to upload new software a diagnostics was ran battery was no good.

I didn’t like the computer cause you can’t do nothing too many viruses barley gb

Absolutely terrible. Without updating you can't download apps, limited website viewing, you only have updates 10 and below

delivered on time but was not fully operational , Seller contacted me to give a review and I brought up things that did not work . seller then did nothing to repair ,replace, or respond ..... I would suggest not buying because of these things . zero stars .........

Really mad about this Mac, it’s not letting me Google certain things and I can’t even download the latest version to update the Mac. I believe this was a waste, I’m willing to buy another one and I don’t care about the price. Next stop, Apple or Best Buy.

Old model, heats up quite often! Get the newer models if you can! Get the bang for your buck

Got it for a daughter for Christmas and when she opened it it did not have a charger in it so i had to go out and find a charger and when I did it cost me a $100 and when they said it was Included I’m very disappointed in this product

It’s an old MacBook Pro that came from a school. They don’t make it easy for you to go on the laptop. You can’t go past a user name that you don’t have. Don’t buy! It’s not worth it!
