Product very good just a bit slow still happy

The media could not be loaded. I like the laptop but I don’t like how there’s scratches on every angle of the laptop and a little dent.

The charger broke within the first time I started to charge it.

The Mac itself was in good condition but the software could not be updated because it is a 2013 version and obsolete for updates . I needed a at least 2019 version
