Volume not working

Great for what my girlfriend uses it for, but the battery is a big issue. It dies within like 30 minutes. It’s 10 years old, so I assume it has the original battery in it. I’m going to buy a replacement battery for it and swap it out. It’s okay for the money. It’s 10 years old. You’re not getting a brand new Mac. Hence the price. It’s going to be a little slow / have charging issues. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I haven't been able find out what the password is yet and I can't log on to my internet connection. This is all very frustrating. I have been using macbooks for over 10 yrs. I was lead to believe that the OS was 10.13 but I have found out it 10.10. And yes I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.
