Hard work putting that nail in the back. I should have returned it because I still cant get that nail in the back. The handle will keep coming out until you get that nail in the back.

It didn't have away for me adjust the height and made loud noise that just bought me very much and I going to return it. That's not what I thought was it bad thing about your instruction said plus the picture on the box. Too low for me to vacuum my carpet and don't reach under bed or furniture. Very dissatisfied with the vacuum cleaner

This worked great the first couple of times, now its already not picking up properly and what it does pick up,it spits back out all over the floor 😕 super disappointing

I'm not sure if my vacuum came with the filter and the part the filter is on that sucks up everything into the filter. I just realized something was wrong after using it a few times and not realizing it wasn't sucking anything up. Where can I get that part? I can't find anywhere... any help would be great. thanks

I’ve had this vacuum for a few months and was great at first but then slowly stopped sucking.. constantly have to clean it out after every use (even if it’s just a tiny area) i’ve deep cleaned it multiple times and still have the same problem.. ok for the price but not sure if I fully recommend.

This Dirt Devil Power Express bagless vacuum does not have a good length in slack. I vacuumed the smallest room in the house that is so tiny it's hard to get around the bed and I saw that there was tension from the plug just from being on the other side of the guest bedroom. I NEED a vacuum to be able to simply get across the rest of the rooms. This townhouse is pretty small too! This is a fairly small vacuum so I figured it would be lightweight but it has some weight to it still. The container is pretty small and filled up very quickly just from vacuuming a very small room. My issue with emptying the container is that it only did it half way so the rest of the dust and pet fur was stuck in the upper part. I tired to shake it with force and it remained jammed up there as crumbs were flying out of it. The container has open panels in it too for some reason. When I lift the vacuum or tilt slightly it will make a very high pitch sound. This scared me a lot when I didn't know what that sound was. I thought the sound was a mouse but even though I know now that the vacuum can make noises like this when lifted it still makes me jumpy. The design of this Dirt Devil Power is fine and the look is as well but I would rather it be able to fully function well over anything else. This vacuum wasn't powerful to actually at least get some dirt off the carpet considering it is a Dirt Devil. These are my honest opinions for being able to test out this product.

My 1st impressions as i was installing the handle on it was this thing is almost like a toy! Assembly is very easy.Super light(10 lbs.) The rotating brush area is made of plastic as are the snap on looking wheels.It seems to not want to "click" into a upright position sometimes and the same goes for the dirt cup not locking in firmly every time removed. It's flex hose is about 4.5 feet when stretched. Our 20 year old vacuum had same length hose but with longer attachments to reach the corners of our ceiling, this one won't reach but about 7 feet straight up over head or much sideways.Sadly our attachments from our older upright won't fit so i may try to buy some. Electric cord is 18 feet long.The filter, a F43, cost about $9 and needs to be replaced every 6 months but is washable manual says.I checked it after it's first use and noticed the pre filter foam part needed rinsed. Another thing i noticed was the filter cover doesn't fit tight against the rubber liner on the filter and has a gap(look at pic). I can see where dust has been escaping. I may try to add tape to thicken it and seal better.Also upon use,it does have a odd "hot" smell coming from either the motor or belt? Maybe it will go away in time. Suction seems to be good and i like the clear plastic bagless feature unlike our old paper bag version upright were i would tear it open before dumping to look for earrings,coins etc. I think this vacuum is more for College dorms,R.V.'s and small apartments than a full sized house.It comes accross as light duty and only time will tell if it will hold up.

This vacuum does pick up dirt and doesn't do a bad job of it. The problem is it doesn't have a height adjustment. The front of the vacuum just floats on the carpet. So if you have a thick pile carpet, such as a shag, it is very hard to push forward. Pulling back towards you is ok. We have a low pile plush carpet that it works good on. But on the shag you better be prepared for a shoulder workout. If you need a vacuum and don't want to spend much money this will work ok. But you're getting pretty much what you pay for.
