Vacuum works well but is very small . It’s definitely not full size . Only used it a few times and for the money it’s not a bad deal . But it’s definitely small

for an upright vacuum-it does not stand upright. customer service doesn't answer

It only lasted a few months. But it’s probably last longer if it was a student or someone who lives alone and doesn’t have much to vacuum. Definitely NOT for families.

The wheels are plastic and squeak the entire time. Tried some WD-40 to no avail. All plastic parts, but you get what you pay for. Probably worth the $49.

Came quicker then expected but I left instructions to leave in front of my apartment door and they left it in front of the building front door to where I had to go search for my package

It is an OK product for the price that I paid. I would not have wanted to spend more on this vacuum. satisfactory performance, regardless of overall appearances.

The vacuum is small. I have only used it once but it picked up a lot. The suction is great for my flat carpet. The carpet in my apartment is like indoor/outdoor carpet. I am handicapped so it is fine for me.

I just took it out of box .need to get support because it sounds like something dragging under the vacumn .used for 1mi. Got good suction.
